Welcome to the Registry homepage of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

The Registry is headed by the Registrar and is comprised of an Academic and Quality Section (AQS), and a Registration and Examinations Section (RES) which is also looking after an Audio Visual Services Unit (AVSU). With a team of professional staff, the Registry delivers a wide range of quality services to all students, teachers, other members of the University and stakeholders in various areas including the provision of secretarial support to the Senate and other academic-related committees, support to academic quality assurance, student registration, course enrolment, class scheduling, as well as technical AV support services for classroom teaching. The AQS also provides support to the Senate Committee on Sub-degree, Professional and Continuing Education Programmes (SPCEP), and administration of Continuing Education Fund (CEF) for self-financed programmes.
